Membership at the Club
Whether you are looking for the perfect get-away location for the family, or a place to entertain and be entertained, or simply a secluded and private place to yourself, Changi Beach Club has a type of membership to suit you.
Types of Membership
Ordinary (Family) Membership
Entrance Fee: $10,000.00 Monthly Subcription Fee: $55.00
Deposit: $500.00
Lifetime membership for your family, includes Mum, Dad and kids. Children aged 16 – 21 years old get their own membership card plus a special rate when they convert to full membership when they turn 21.
- Membership covers the Principal member, his/her spouse and their children below 16 years of age to enjoy the Club’s facilities and its amenities.
- Children aged 16 – 21 years old will be eligible for Junior Membership.
- Right to bring in guests (Guest Fees apply).
- Complimentary quarterly newsletter “Moments” which includes updates of the Club and other Club information.
- 1 complimentary car-park label.
- Subsidised rates for all clubhouse events and classes.
- Exclusive guest room rates for members.
- Special prices for booking of seminar and function rooms.
- 10% discount on Club’s Food & Beverage Outlets.
- Right to vote and hold office.
- Right to nominate and second members for election.
- Membership is not transferable, returnable nor redeemable.
- Special golf privileges with our reciprocal arrangements between Changi Beach Club and Changi Golf Club from 1 Dec 2004.

Entrance Fee: $4,688.00 Monthly Subcription Fee: $45.00
Deposit: $500.00
Lifetime membership for single and hip individuals.
- Membership covers the Principal member to enjoy the Club’s facilities and its amenities.
- Right to bring in guests (Guest Fees apply).
- Complimentary quarterly newsletter “Moments” which includes updates of the Club and other Club information.
- 1 complimentary car-park label.
- Subsidised rates for all clubhouse events and classes.
- Exclusive guest room rates for members.
- Special prices for booking of seminar and function rooms.
- 10% discount on Club’s Food & Beverage Outlets.
- Right to vote and hold office.
- Right to nominate and second members for election.
- Membership is not transferable, returnable nor redeemable.

Term Membership
Entrance Fee: $2,800.00 (for first two years) Monthly Subcription Fee: $70.00
Deposit: $500.00
Tenure based membership for the family.
- Membership covers the Principal member, his/her spouse and their children below 16 years of age to enjoy the Club’s facilities and its amenities for a period of 2 years.
- Right to bring in guests (Guest Fees apply).
- Complimentary quarterly newsletter “Moments” which includes updates of the Club and other Club information.
- 1 complimentary car-park label.
- Subsidised rates for all clubhouse events and classes.
- Exclusive guest room rates for members.
- Special prices for booking of seminar and function rooms.
- 10% discount on Club’s Food & Beverage Outlets.
- Renewal available for up to period of maximum of 5 years from the date of joining.
- Membership is not transferable, returnable nor redeemable.
- Special golf privileges with our reciprocal arrangements between Changi Beach Club and Changi Golf Club from 1 Dec 2004.
Corporate Membership
Entrance Fee: $6,688.00 Monthly Subcription Fee: $45.00
Deposit: $1,000.00
Lifetime membership for companies and corporations via nominees.
- Membership covers the Principal member to enjoy the Club’s facilities and its amenities.
- Right to bring in guests (Guest Fees apply)
- Complimentary quarterly newsletter “Moments” which includes updates of the Club and other Club information
- 1 complimentary car-park label per nominee
- Subsidised rates for all clubhouse events and classes
- Exclusive guest room rates for members
- Special prices for booking of seminar and function rooms
- 10% discount on Club’s Food & Beverage Outlets
- Right to vote and hold office
- Right to nominate and second members for election
- Membership is not transferable, returnable nor redeemable
- Special golf privileges with our reciprocal arrangements between Changi Beach Club and Changi Golf Club from 1 Dec 2004
- All entrance fees are non-refundable and subject to prevailing GST.
