Terms and Conditions for Encore KTV

Bookings

1. There will be a first drink charge of $5.00 for each member and each of his/her guests at the Encore KTV Lounge.
2. Booking of private room - $15.00 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours. Further extension is subject to availability.
3. Booking of private room via Club website is subject to availability and is not confirmed unless you receive a confirmation from the Club. Advance booking of private room can also be made via phone, fax, email or in person. Failure to take up the booking within half an hour from booking time shall render the booking abandoned and full charges will be charged to the member's account. Management reserves the right to assign the room to the next booking.
4. Proxy booking is not allowed.

General

1. Management may, at any time, reserve or close all or part of the outlet premises for the purpose of holding events or other functions.
2. All members or his/her family members shall present his/her membership card without demand to the staff of the Club before placing his/her order. 
3. Members shall be striclty responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
4. Members or their guests must not reprimand any service staff . Any complaints or grievances must be referred to the Management by the members.
5. All members must leave the premises by closing time. No extension of operating hours is permitted.
6. No member is allowed to operate the K.J. equipment, except the staff of CBC.
7. Men are to be clad in long pants or jeans only (ankle length).
8. Last orders shall be 30 minutes before the closing time. 
9. Children below 12 years of age must be accompanied by parents. 

Prohibitions

1. Any food and beverage not purchased from the Club's outlets.
2. Gambling.
3. Littering.
4. Smoking.
5. Sleeping.
6. Persons in swimming attire, wet or sweaty clothes and slippers.
7. Rearrangement of furniture
8. Talking loudly or making excessive noise..
9. Alcoholic drinks served to any person below 18 years of age.

Damage to Property

1. Any damage to the KTV facilities and equipment will be charged to the accounts of the members responsible. Cost of damage will be decided by the Management.
